Protest In DC
Yesterday I participated in a protest and march in DC in front of the White House. The protest was to show the Obama Administration that the deportations affect children because their families are torn apart. Hundreds of children from around the country who have undocumented parents came to show that they are worried of having their parents deported.

WatchI went to the Folk Life Festival in DC last week and I got to see different types of Mexican Dancers. These dancers were in brightly colored robes with feathers and masks and danced to music played by a band. I don’t know how they could dance in those costumes because it was an extremely hot day and sunny.
